We ensure the fit before you commit. If your goals align with our expertise, Coach Chris will schedule a complimentary Vibe Call within 48 hours. We will discuss your history, your "Why," and confirm we are a good match.
The Result: If accepted, you will receive your digital Welcome Packet and payment link to secure your spot.

Step 3: The Architecture Phase
Your transformation begins. Once enrolled, we schedule your 90-Minute Deep Dive Intake. We audit your biometrics, environment, and mindset to build your bespoke "R&D Plan"—the roadmap for your 6-week journey.
What Happens: You get access to the Healthspan Suite (trackers & tools), and we begin optimizing your daily habits.
